SBI Clerk Admit Card 2016 Prelims Exam Call letter/Hall Ticket

Latest: State Bank Of India (SBI) has released the call letters for candidates opting for pre-examination training. The candidates should download their call letter for training by entering their registration number and password/ date of birth from today i.e 5 May 2016 onwards from the link provided here. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post. SBI has arranged pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/XS /Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by Government of India. Pre-examination training may also be given to the women candidates applying under special recruitment drive for Tura (Meghalaya) and Kashmir Valley & Ladakh. The candidates who have opted for Pre-examination training will undertake the training programme at their own cost.

Details of the SBI Clerk Admit Card 2016

The candidates should verify the following information in the admit card of SBI Clerk 2016 –

• Name of the candidate
• Photograph of the candidate
• Roll number
• Application number
• Password
• Post applied for
• Exam time

• Space for signature and thumb impression
• Space for signature of the invigilator
• Some general instructions for the exam

Important points to remember:
The candidates are directed to keep in mind the following points before appearing for the exams:

• Once the print out of the admit card is generated. The candidates should paste passport-sized colour photo in the designated space (Note: Do not staple the photo in the admit card rather stick it with a glue).
• Attach a photocopy of the government photo ID such as license, Aadhar card, ration card, voter ID or passport.
• The candidates are directed to write their name, roll number, registration number and put their initials on the photocopy of the ID proof.
• The candidates should also take the photocopy of the admit card and staple the photocopy to the admit card.
• The candidates should bring the similar original photo ID card which they have submitted while filling the application form while coming to the examination centre.
• Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail ID active for receiving information regarding call letters.
• The candidates must bring one photo identity proof such as passport/Adhar/PAN Card/Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or College/Gazetted Officer in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof.
• The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall, failing which will disqualify the candidate to appear for the test.
• Remember that the hard copy of the admit card will not be sent by post.

Process for downloading the SBI Clerk Admit Card 2016:

Follow the process mentioned below for downloading the admit card:

1. Open the link mentioned above: At the very first step, candidates are directed to refer the link give above to download their admit card.
2. Enter the required details: The candidates are supposed to enter their registration number, password, date of birth and other necessary details for fulfilling the first requirement of downloading the admit card. Enter the details correctly.
3. Proceed to submit button: After filling the necessary details, press the submit button for getting the call letter.
4. Display of admit card: Within few seconds, your admit card will be displayed automatically on the screen.
5. Verify the details of the SBI Clerk Admit Card 2016: Candidates are advised to thoroughly read the details displayed in the admit card such as the registration number, roll number, exam centre, date of birth, name, contact number, address, date and time for reporting, venue and any other necessary information.

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam 2016: Download admit cards now

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the admit cards of the Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) and Junior Agricultural Associates in Clerical Cadre preliminary written examination.

All the candidates are requested to download the same from the official website.

The examination is scheduled to take place from May 22 to June 5 for over 15431 posts.

All the applicants will be selected on the basis of preliminary and main examination. The test of knowledge of official and/or local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process.

Paper pattern of Preliminary examination:

The examination will be conducted online and will consist of objective type questions of 100 marks. The duration of this test would be of one hour. It will consist of the following three sections:

• English language

• Numerical ability

• Reasoning ability
