CGBSE Class 12 Result 2016 to be declared today: Check Merit list of CGBSE Class 12th on cgbse.net 

Chhattisgarh, April 21: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will announce the class 12 result 2016 today. The results will be declared on the official website of Chhattisgarh CGBSE results; www.cgbse.net with the release of merit list of students who scored the highest. The CGBSE Class 12 results 2016 will be announced at 10 AM at www.cgbse.net.

The CGBSE Class 12 examination was held on 23 February 2016 with its first paper as Environmental Science. The exam ended on 14 March 2016 with Geography paper. Since the last day of the examination (14 March 2016) candidates have been nervously waiting for their result. The long wait will come to an end on 21 April 2016 with the announcement of 12th Result 2016 at www.cgbse.net.

2.7 lakh students appeared this year for the CGBSE Board Exam 2016 with increase in number of students. Last year, 2 lakh candidates appeared for the examination. The Board has tradition to declare result on announced date. If things go well, the CGBSE Result for Class 12th examination will be available to the students today.

After the formation of Chhattisgarh state on 1 November 2000, the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) was set up in Raipur on July 20, 2001. The primary objective of this board is to conduct High School and Higher Secondary Board examination. The board which is divided into 18 zones is responsible for the promotion and development of Secondary Education in the state. The board also recommends syllabus, proposes textbooks and recognize of higher school and higher secondary schools in Chhattisgarh.

3. Click on the result.
4. Enter your roll number and name.
5. Click OK and the result will be displayed on the screen.
6. Now, take a print out of the result.
