Erin Andrews Nude Video Mocked By Marriott

A Vanderbilt Marriott ownership representative who testified during Erin Andrews’s lawsuit against the hotel denied claims he played Andrews’s nude video for his friends at a Tuesday dinner, reports WSMV in Nashville.

Neal Peskind was accused of showing the video to friends at a Nashville restaurant on Tuesday. In a statement by Marriott’s defense, Peskind admits the video was shown at the dinner but not by him, and he asked his friends to stop playing the video, which shows Andrews changing in her hotel room.
“[T]he friends brought the video up on their phone, to which [Peskind] objected and immediately asked them to stop. The video was then turned off,” according to the defense’s statement.

A bartender from the restaurant told WSMV it was Peskind who showed his friends the video. 
“He said it was costing him millions so he was going to show it to everyone. His friends were making fun of her and her body,” the bartender wrote on Twitter, according to WSMV. “We had to ask him to stop. It was disgusting and horrifying.”

Peskind testified Monday in Andrews’s civil lawsuit, saying his ownership group should not be liable for giving out Andrews’s room number. Andrews is suing the Nashville Marriott for $75 million, claiming the hotel showed negligence in allowing her stalker, Michael David Barrett, stay in the room next to her.

Barrett filmed Andrews through the peephole on her door, and posted the video of her changing online. He was arrested in 2009 and served 30 months in federal prison.

There was a HUGE development in Erin Andrews‘ $75 million lawsuit against a Nashville Marriott over the nude video taken by her stalker through a hotel peephole. Neal Peskind, an executive with the hotel’s parent company, was out to dinner with friends March 1 and was caught by a server showing off the nude video and allegedly making comments about her body. Read on for the sick new bombshell allegations.

A bartender at the Margot Cafe and Bar in Nashville claims that West End Hotel Partners exec Neal Peskind, whose company is the franchise owner of the Vanderbilt Marriott Hotel that Erin is suing, was showing off her nude video to pals over dinner and complaining about how much it was costing him. This comes just one day after the Dancing With The Stars co-host gave tearful testimony about the damage the tape has caused her life.

“He said it was costing him millions so he was going to show it to everyone. His friends were making fun of her and her body,” the bartender wrote on Twitter and confirmed to several Nashville TV stations. “We had to ask him to stop. It was disgusting and horrifying,” she added. While the woman declined to go on camera, she posted on her account, “I saw something I thought was wrong. I said something because I thought it was the right thing. I’m not planning on commenting further right now.”

In a statement put out by Marriott’s defense team, Neal didn’t deny that the incident occurred, but claimed that when his dinner companions played the video, he asked them to stop and put it away. He was peppered with questions while leaving court on Mar. 2 but refused to say anything to reporters.

The Fox sports reporter is seeking $75 million from the Vanderbilt Marriott and its partnership group after the hotel gave out her room number in 2008 to her stalker Michael Barrett, who then booked the room next door, installed a peephole and filmed a four-minute video of her undressing. The video was uploaded on to the web in 2009 and has been viewed by 17 million people ever since, according to testimony in the case. Michael pleaded guilty in the criminal case against him in 2009 and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
